Women in today’s workplace face issues such as exclusion, discrimination, misconduct, lack of pay parity, the “baby penalty” and other matters related to gender inequality. With fewer women than men in positions of influence, the real estate industry is not immune to these workplace issues. The WX Mentoring Program invites you to participate in a roundtable discussion on this broad range of topics with the goal of providing a forum for mentees to better understand these issues and to learn from experts appropriate methods of dealing with and responding to such issues in a professional and appropriate manner. The discussion will be facilitated by Jay Warren, Partner, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, who represents employers in
litigating employment discrimination cases and Catherine Verhoff, who leads PGIM’s diversity and inclusion efforts as its Chief Diversity Officer.
